35.000/40.000 euro gross annual salary
Construction site allowance  (“Indennità di cantiere”): 33 euro/day
Transportation allowance (“Indennità di trasferta”): 35 euro/day
Food allowance: 45 euro/day for two meals

Safety Compliance:

•Ensure the application of safety rules as per project requirements, including work permits, toolboxes, and working areas at the start of every day.

•Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during site works.

Coordination and Documentation:

•Coordinate activities executed by Subcontractors and manage relevant documentation.

•Verify that works are in line with the project’s technical specifications.

•Witness quality control inspections and tests as per applicable plans and instructions from the Site Quality Manager.

•Produce reports about work progress and utilization of human resources and equipment.

•Ensure the availability of work fronts for subcontractors in terms of material and engineering documents.

Material Management:

•Release construction material vouchers to subcontractors and coordinate with the site material manager for prompt delivery.

Progress and Schedule Verification:

•Verify Subcontractor progress and agree on daily/weekly site schedules. Report promptly to the Construction Manager in case of deviations.

Vendor Management:

•Manage vendor activities directly on-site.

Reporting and Communication:

•Regularly verify and comment on Subcontractor daily reports.

•Prepare correspondence with Subcontractors and assist the Construction Manager and Site Manager in negotiating claims, change orders, and clarifications requested by the Client.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Education:

•Degree or high school diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

•Proven experience working as a site supervisor for at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas environment.

Regulations Knowledge:

•Excellent knowledge of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) regulations.

Technical Skills:

•Working knowledge of instrumentation construction tools and equipment.

Leadership:

•Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

Analytical Skills:

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organizational Skills:

•Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

•Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
